You must read the following provisions carefully, as they constitute an electronic contract establishing the general conditions of sale of the store.
The validation of the order form implies full acceptance of the conditions described below.
If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

- Products
The products offered for direct sale by CNCTronic are those which appear on the electronicleadscrew.eu website, on the day of consultation of the said site by the Internet user, and within the limit of available stocks.
The illustrations presented on the site reflect the products for sale on it.
Due to the specificity of the Internet network, the company does not guarantee the availability of all products in real time on its site. In the case of temporary or permanent unavailability of one of the products, the company will inform Internet users of this through its site or by sending an email to a valid email address provided by the customer. The company will then offer you the cancellation of your order.
- Prices
The prices of the products can be modified at any time by the company, with the exception of any sale of a product concluded for the price displayed on electronicleadscrew.eu
The prices mentioned are in Euros (€) and include the costs related to the processing of orders. The delivery rates are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stipulated during the ordering process. The different delivery options (accompanied by their prices) are presented during the ordering process and specified in the summary thereof.
According to art. 293B of CGI, no VAT will be charged.
In the event of delivery of products outside French territory, customs taxes and formalities are the sole responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise indicated. The Customer then undertakes to check the possibilities of importing the products ordered with regard to the territory of the country of delivery.
- Delivery time
The company guarantees that deliveries will be made according to the conditions guaranteed by the carrier service providers (except in cases of force majeure within the meaning of case law), and indicated on the electronicleadscrew.eu website or during the ordering process.
The conditions indicated on the electronicleadscrew.eu website does not include the preparation of the order. The company has 3 working days to process the order from the time the payment is validated to the delivery to the carrier.
In the event of a delay in delivery, please inform the company by sending an email via the contact form or using the address electronicgearbox@gmail.com, there is no guarantee of refund in case of any delay due to the carrier.
If the delay exceeds the expected delivery date by 30 days during the ordering process, you can resolve it. The resolution can be either a full refund or a resend of the same order with the same carrier.
- Payment
Any purchase order signed by the customer constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which can only be called into question in the cases limitedly provided for in this contract in the articles “Right of withdrawal”
Any internet user wishing to validate his order must identify himself by completing the appropriate form provided on electronicleadscrew.eu.
This identification is done in strict compliance with the amended Law 78-17 as indicated in our “Data Protection” section.
After having checked the content of his order, as well as the total cost of it (products ordered, shipping costs), the internet user will confirm it definitively. This confirmation will be worth conclusion of the contract.
The contractual information will be the subject of a confirmation email sent to the customer no later than the end of the withdrawal period and subject to the supply, by the customer, of a valid email address, not subject to no usage restrictions.
In the case of payment by credit card, the payment is secured by all means implemented by the company Stripe (https://stripe.com)
In the case of payment by Paypal, the payment is secured by all means implemented by the company Paypal (https://paypal.com)
- Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L121-16 and 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal. This period runs from the receipt of the order by the customer.
Return shipping costs will remain the full responsibility of the customer. The products must be returned complete, in a state suitable for their remarketing.
- Legal Warranty
In accordance with articles L 211-4 and following of the Consumer Code, as well as articles 1641 and 1648 of the French Civil Code, the internet user also benefits from a guarantee allowing him to return the defective delivered products:
The seller is required to deliver goods that comply with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
He is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, the assembly instructions or the installation when this has been charged to him by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility.
To be in conformity with the contract, the good must:
1.Be fit for the use usually expected of a similar item and, where applicable:
-correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the latter has presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model
-present the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect given the public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling2.Or present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller and which the latter has accepted.
The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed by two years from the delivery of the goods.
The seller is bound by the guarantee on account of hidden defects in the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which so diminish this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have paid less if he had known them.
The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect.
- Commercial Warranty and after sales service
The goods sold on electronicleadscrew.eu are guaranteed for 6 months. During that period the customer should contact CNCTronic for any mal functions of the product.
CNCTronic will try to solve the problem in any ways. If no solution is found the customer can return the good. Return shipping costs will remain the full responsibility of the customer, the products must be returned complete and in a suitable state.
CNCTronic will proceed the refund after a maximum of 30 days after receiving the product and after validation that there were no damages done on the product that could explain the mal function.
- Data Protection
If you do business with us, you may choose to provide us with personal information such as your name, shipping address, e-mail address or phone number. We store this information in order to process your orders and communicate with you. We do not share any of your information with any third party or use it to send unsolicited e-mail (spam).
